Therapeutic Sound Healing -
Meet your Therapists
Therapeutic Sound Healing offers a space for healing and transformation through the combined power of sound and psychotherapy. We provide a safe, supportive environment where individuals are invited to explore the profound effects of sound on the mind, body, and spirit.

Sound has a powerful therapeutic capacity to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and restore balance. Our approach integrates ancient wisdom with modern psychotherapeutic practices and somatic awareness, supporting you to move out of the thinking mind and into the felt experience of the body. Through gentle, embodied practices, sound helps emotions held within the body to soften and release naturally, without the need to analyse or retell stories. These workshops are designed to deepen your relationship with sound healing, allowing emotional release and insight to unfold safely—so you can engage more fully and receive the greatest benefit from each session.

Meet Elizabeth Grace Peterken -
(Many of you know her as Min)

Elizabeth is a sound healing practitioner, spiritual healer, and vibrational therapist with over 35 years of training and experience. She draws on a wide range of spiritual, energetic, and therapeutic modalities, weaving sound healing, spiritual and shamanic practice, and vibrational healing to support emotional wellbeing, energetic balance, and soul-level healing.

Her professional background in social work provides a strong, trauma-informed foundation, allowing spiritual healing work to be held within a safe, grounded, and compassionate therapeutic container. Alongside her professional training, Elizabeth was raised with a deep respect for healing traditions, drawing on a family lineage that has influenced her intuitive and spiritually grounded approach. This integration supports deep healing while maintaining emotional safety and nervous system regulation.

Elizabeth’s work with sound healing is rooted in using frequency, rhythm, and resonance to support cellular, emotional, and energetic alignment. Sessions are guided by spiritual practice and connection with universal and earth-based energies, guided meditation, breathwork, crystal and vibrational healing, somatic awareness, and therapeutic support.

Through this integrative approach, Elizabeth supports clients to release energetic blocks, restore harmony, and reconnect with their true essence. Her work is both spiritual and embodied, bridging the unseen with the practical, and supporting lasting integration beyond the session.

Elizabeth offers bespoke 1:1 and 2:1 sound and spiritual healing sessions, as well as classes, workshops, and home-based healing. She has extensive experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, grief, domestic and narcissistic abuse, and complex family situations, as well as those wishing to deepen their spiritual practice and connection through sound and vibrational healing.

Meet Emma Disney –
Emma Disney is a psychotherapist and coach in mental and emotional wellbeing, supporting people to reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and feel safe within themselves.
Her work is gentle, trauma-aware, and deeply human. Drawing on somatic therapy, body-based awareness, and emotional regulation practices, Emma helps people slow down, listen inward, and cultivate a felt sense of grounding, presence, and safety.
Within therapeutic sound healing sessions, Emma leads therapeutic practices before and after the Tibetan bowl experience, helping participants prepare their nervous systems to receive the sound and gently integrate its effects afterward. Her intention is to create a supportive, embodied container where healing can unfold naturally — without force, pressure, or expectation.
Emma believes that healing happens not by fixing ourselves, but by learning to be with
ourselves more kindly and consciously.
